Underground cellar facilities
Our cellar has an area of 135 mt², with 2 cobblestone vaults; the largest vault with a size of 49 mt² in the shape of a handkerchief, its structure was made against a counterweight and it took a period of 7 months to finish. The cellar has a weeping wall, a cigar humidor, a store area and 2 marble bars for tasting our wines and in which our winery team will be able to introduce you to a little more detail about the winemaking process of each one. of our bottles. In the store area we have a collection of Mexican catrinas (with our main catrina that reaches a height of 1.2mt), typical Mexican sweets, Mexican toys, rebozos, hats, handicrafts, olive oil from the region, olives, accessories wine, apple pie, cheese (icon of Valle de Guadalupe) and organic personal care products.
